This acquisition is for services required to obtain the operation, maintenance, repair services, alteration, minor construction, equipment installation, and other services to include maintenance/repair of facilities located east of the beltway off Central Avenue (Rt 214) and Ritchie Road in Seat Pleasant, Prince Georges County, MD. The resulting contract will be a competitively negotiated contract and will be a combination of Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity. The facilities support contract will contain both the Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act work requirements. The contractor is to provide all labor, management, personnel, tools, suprvision, equipment, materials, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to perform all required services for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Summerfield Family Housing Project and other related property. Projected period of peformance is a basic period of one year with three one year option periods. The Government reserves the right not to exercise option periods under the resulting contrat. Proposals shall include a technical proposal and a price proposal and shall be reated on the following factors: (1) Technical acceptability in terms of operation, staffing, organization and management plan, and experience; (2) Price/Cost realism. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This is an Unrestricted Request for Proposals. All requests for copies of the solicitation package must be in writing.
