The National Guard Bureau is soliciting bids from Contractors to provide all labor, material and equipment for the renovation of vacant space on the lower level of the Army National Guard Readiness Center, 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA into locker and shower facility, including mechanical and electrical systems and finishes as shown; also to include the addition of two ramps and stairs, in accordance with Statement of Work and Drawings. A solicitation will be issued on or about 5/31/95 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Act of 1988. Bid opening date will be on or about 7/7/95. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted Full & Open Competition basis.
