Risher, Contracting Officer, 915-654-5174 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision ncecssary to peform all work in accordance with specifications, schedule and drawings. Work to include, but not limited to, construct an indoor firing range with masonry walls, concrete floor and standing seam metal roof, also provide a complete ventilation system, lighting system, electrical distribution system and provide all utility extensions necessary at Goodfellow AFB, Tx, San Angelo Texas. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition for both large and small business concerns. The sic code for this acquisition is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million. Bids from all responsive, responsible bidders will be considered. Performance period for this proposed acquisition is 150 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is bewteen $250,000 and $500,000.
