Over a five year period, a quantity of approximately 3,860 batteries must be dispositioned of. A two phased procurement process will be utilized. During phase I, offerors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications and ability to meet the Government's requirements. If pre-demonstration requirements are met, offerors will be provided with a Government furnished battery to demonstrate their capabilities and processes. After successful completion of phase I, price proposals will be solicited and contract award(s) made to the qualified, lowest priced offerors. Multiple contract awards may be made.
