has a requirement for a Panographic X-Ray Machine, to meet the
following technical data: 60-90 kv (5kv in 7 steps) rated peak tube
potential, 10mA rated tube current, 2.6 mm A1 minimum filtration, 120
vac, 60 Hz rated line voltage, 110-130 vac line voltage range, 12
seconds at panoramic mode, 15 seconds at TMJ mode for exposure time.
Has a 6'' x 12'' cassete, height adjusts for adult or child, seated or
standing and non-ambulatory patients, one piece autoclaveable
bite-fork. There is also a requirement for radiographic film developer
(4 ea) and radiographic duplicator (2 ea) for the unit. The government
considers the Belmont X-Caliber EX-1000 as being capable of meeting the
salient characteristics of this requirement. The Government will
consider all equivalent products meeting the salient characteristics as
described above. The solicitation will be issued approximately fifteen
(15) days from the date of publication of this notice. Solicitations
