70 -- SUN SYSTEMS LICENSING UPGRADE AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE POC POINT OF CONTACT IS RACHEL BALLEN (703) 697-6021, CONTRACT SPECIALIST Defense Supply Service-Washington on behalf of the Secretary of Defense Washington Headquarters Service (OSD/WHS), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sun Maintenance Service, 2650 Park Tower Drive, Vienna, VA 22182. This contract will be for one (1) base year with three (3) one (1) year options under OSD DPA #C3I-95-0009. The contemplated contract will provide: technical support; software upgrades and patches; and news bulletins.
