Soreide, Seattle, Washington, for research and development lidar performance for gust alleviation modeling study. This notice is not a request for proposal, but is a request forinterested firms to submit in writing documentation demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement. Firms have 15 days from date of publication of this notice to submit qualifications/capabilities information.
