Cesarone, (215)897-5697 It is the intent of the Government to place a Delivery Order against HFSI's FY-96 GSA Schedule Contract for a Systems Analyst/Senior Programmer to maintain DPS 8/70 Software System CE0369 and Level 6/DPS6 Software Systems TN5377, TN2320, TN2322, TN2327, and NK1477. These systems are required for the Naval Education and Training Program Management Support Activity (NETPMSA) Detachment Memphis, Millington, TN., and will be maintained for the period 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. The Systems Analyst/Senior Programmer is required on-site Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1800 for 8 hours per day. There may be periods where the Systems Analyst/Senior Programmer will be required to work outside the prime shift. The interested source must also show that it is advantageous to the Government to consider its product or service. If no affirmative written responses are received within 15 calendar days after the publication of this notice, a Delivery Order will be placed with HFSI against their GSA Schedule Contract. THIS SYNOPSIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO PLACE A GSA DELIVERY ORDER AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. The Government WILL NOT PAY for information received. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, NO ADDITIONAL SYNOPSIS will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
