Anderson Consultants, Inc., designated in accordance with Subtitle-D and all Technical Regulations set forth by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) as the Soil and Liner Evaluation Report Professinal of Record. The Soil and HDPE Liners must be installed, tested and evaluated by methods described in the Landfill's Soil and Liner Quality Control Plan. The work consists of furnishing all labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other essentials necessary for the sampling and testing of soil and liner covers with all necessary work to monitor, evaluate, test, sample, field verification of soil thickness, needed to provide quality control and quality assurance for the installation and construction of the lined landfill. The Standard Industrial Classification is 8711 with a small business size of $2.5 million. All potential offerors that meet requirements under the TNRCC are welcome.
