Proko, (215)897-5675 The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Det. Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for a contractor to provide Shipboard Non-Skid Services, Utilities, Equipment and Material necessary to accomplish Precleaning and Removal of Existing Deck Covering Systems in Mayport, FL. The Statement of Work will outline the services to be provided and will be specified in the solicitation. A firm fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated for a base year and two (2) one (1) year options. The ordering period for the base year is to commence 01 December 1995 through 30 November 1996. The estimated amount of the base year is $2,516,900.0 with a total estimated amount (inclusive of options) of $8,001,550. The estimated quantity for all line items for the base year and each option year is 1,548,000 square feet (4,644,000 square feet inclusive of options). Offerors will be required to submit a Cost Proposal and a Technical Proposal which shall consist of the following evaluation factors: Corporate Experience, Personnel Resources, Management Plan and Production Performance Plan. The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose total offer on all items is the lowest priced.
