The solicitation package will be available o/a May 22, 1995, and proposals will be due o/a June 26, 1995. Contract period is expected to begin on October 1, 1995. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for Kansas and Missouri. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing by 4:00 p.m. (CST) on June 1, 1995. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted.
