The government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, with UCISCO, 1950 Loveridge Road, Pittsburgh, CA 94565, to purge fuel delivery lines at Castle AFB, CA. Numbered Note 22. Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean and inert approximately sixty-four thousand (64,000) feet of JP-8 distribution pipeline associated with the bulk storage and hydrant refueling system. Work includes but not limited to obtaining permits, empty and clean pipelines using Poly Swab Pigs propelled by nitrogen gas, and inert pipeline. Performance period is 30 days.
