Murray (703) 305-6016 GSA'S national furniture Center intends to issue a definite quantity Solicitation on or about may 16, 1995 for Barracks room requirements consisting of steel beds with two drawers (3,920), steel 3 drawer chests (3,920), steel study desks W/ laminated top & study carrel (3,920), 2-position Wood study armchairs (3,920), metal study lamps (3,920), S-pleat systems draperies(1,960 PR), and coordinating quilted bedspreads (4,025) for delivery to the Naval airstation, Pensacola, Florida. All quantities are subject to change. Preaward samples will be required to be submitted. Delivery will be phased in over the period January 1996 through September 1996. Source selection procedures will be utilized and awards will be made based on the ''greatest value concept''. Contractors will have at least 30 days after issuance of the Solicitation in which to submit an offer. Contractors will have at least 45 days after issuance of the Solicitation in which to submit preaward samples. Contractors who responded to the March 21St or April 26, 1995 CBD notice will automatically be sent a copy of the Solicitation and need not respond to this notice.
