Offerors shall provide (other than that provided by the Government) all necessary labor, material, and supervision needed to fabricate replacement furnace rolls for the Metal Parts Furnace (MPF) at U.S. Army Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (USACAMDS). The rolls shall be fabricated per drawing number ECDS05-356-40. The requirement is for 4 rolls with collar (Roll Number 02) and 10 each rolls without collar (Roll Number 03). A negotiated firm-fixed price supply contract shall be awarded as the result of this solicitation. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 31 May 1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. Telephonic requests will not be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 3499. For the purpose of the solicitation, any concern whose employee status does not exceed 500 employees is considered a small business.
