This is a re-synopsis of a modified action which appeared in the Commerce Business Daily on 6 Dec 1994. The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, intends to solicit for a two-year, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for continuation of design, design analysis, fabrication, and testing of a reduced scale Beach Zone Array System to demonstrate the effectiveness of the technologies of deploying an explosive net from an aerial platform. The results from this acquisition will be used to make recommendations for further development of these deployment technologies. This contract will support the Explosive Neutralization Advanced Technology Demonstration Mine Countermeasures program. Security level for this program is up to and including SECRET.
