The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center RDTE Division intends to award a sole source contract to Intelligent Sensor Technology (IST), Inc. for advanced development of deposition rate monitors. The objective of this effort will be to refine, further develop, and commercialize IST's current instrumentation to allow integrated circuit manufacturers to have real-time monitoring and deposition rate control on the production line. It is anticipated that a three year completion type contract will be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
