This notice is for the purpose of soliciting information on the following abbreviated scope of work. The U.S. Postal Service seeks information from interested companies or individuals to provide a computer based ``on line'' construction estimating and specification system to support our Indefinite Quantity Construction Contracts for our repair and alteration program. Interested parties must be capable of developing, maintaining, and updating the system. The system must be capable of serving multiple concurrent users from across the nation. The system will be used to develop work orders on a line item basis. The system must have the capability to adjust the pricing data to reflect regional differences, and the capability of maintaining unique USPS line items. Interested parties should submit the following minimum information: 1) Company location, main office and branch offices; 2) Staffing; 3) Number of years in business; 4) Experience in construction cost estimating and specification writing nationwide; 5) Experience with government contracting; 6) Experience with similar efforts with other government agencies; 7) Provide a minimum of three (3) references relevant to this task; 8) Any other information relevant to this request.
