Project is located on the Red River Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest, Grangeville, Idaho County, Idaho. Project includes evaluation, design and construction/reconstruction of two side channel inlets in order to supply a continuous flow of water to rearing side channels. Construction of some new side channel may be necessary. Also evaluate and maintain existing stream restoration project and structures. Location of Project: Head south on Forest Road 1150 (Moose Butte RD) approximately 1 mile west of Red River Ranger Station, then travel approximately 0.5 mile south on 1150 to first bridge. Project is located along river, downstream of bridge for approximately 2500 feet. Estimated start work date is August 15, 1995. The estimated price range is between S25,000 and S100,000. (0123)
