(CDC) contemplates awarding a maximum of two, two year contracts to
develop, pilot, evaluate, and revise training curricula to improve
knowledge and skills in the management of hemophilia, and in the
prevention of the complications of hemophilia, including HIV/AIDS. The
intended audiences for the curricula would primarily be the hemophilia
consumer community (persons with hemophilia, their family members, and
significant others). Written or facsimile requests for copies of the
solicitation will be honored if received within 15 days after the RFP
issue date, which will be on or about May 18, 1995. Requests received
after that date will be filled on a first-in-first-out basis until the
supply is exhausted. The date specified for receipt of offers will be
approximately 40 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for the RFP
must be in writing and must cite RFP number 200-95-0934(P). Telephone
requests will not be accepted. Facsimile requests for the solicitation
