Construct Composite Medical Training/Dining Hall, Mansfield Ohio Air National Guard Base, Mansfield-Lahm Airport, Mansfield, Ohio. The work includes construction of a 19,200 SF Facility providing space for: medical training administrative, classroom, and functional areas, dining, kitchen, and storage areas. The one story building will consist of: slab on grade floors, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and brick exterior walls; CMU, stud, and gypsum board interior walls; structural steel supports; wood truss roof framing; plywood sheathing with standing seam metal roofing; plumbing; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; and electrical systems. The work will include but not be limited to: Selective site demolition; site grading; new site utilities; concrete and asphalt paving; and demolition of existing buildings. Additive bid items are: 1) Signage, lockers, and window blinds; 2) Landscaping; 3) Alteration of selected areas of existing building 4) and extension and connection to existing water, natural gas, and electrical distribution systems. The project is estimated to cost between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industria Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. There is a seventy ($70.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the soliciation package.
