Waterway sediments will be transported by bottom dump barge to the Bellingham Bay openwater disposal site. The site is managed by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. The Bellingham Bay site is located at North American Datum (1983 NAD coordinates) Latitude 48 42.82', Longitude 122 33.11' in Bellingham Bay. Note: Non-Federal berthing area maintenance dredging of an additional 48,000 cubic yards is proposed by the Port of Bellingham at Squalicum Creek Waterway. Plans and specs available on or about 23 June 1995 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
