Lovata, (206) 764-6865 Clamshell dredging of approximately 210,000
cubic yards of silty sandy dredge material from the Squalicum Creek
Waterway at Bellingham, Washington. Waterway sediments will be
transported by bottom dump barge to the Bellingham Bay openwater
disposal site. The site is managed by the Washington State Department
of Natural Resources. The Bellingham Bay site is located at North
American Datum (1983 NAD coordinates) Latitude 48 42.82', Longitude 122
33.11' in Bellingham Bay. Note: Non-Federal berthing area maintenance
dredging of an additional 48,000 cubic yards is proposed by the Port of
Bellingham at Squalicum Creek Waterway. Plans and specs available on or
about 23 June 1995 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are
available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis
until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB No.
DACW67-95-B-0057 when ordering. Requests must be in writing and must be
received before bid documents will be mailed. Request may be FAXed to
(206) 764-6817. Plans and specs may be picked up from the Plans Room
Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit
requests by 20 June 1995. Estimated dollar value is in the range of
$500,000 to $1,000,000 and completion period is 75 calendar days.
Standard Industrial Classification Code 1629. Project is 100% set-aside
for small business concerns. A concern is considered small if its
