The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, has a requirement for Headhouse/Greenhouse Addition at the Cereal Crops Research Laboratory, Madison, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to, constructing an addition to the existing laboratory building. Headhouse/Greenhouse addition is approximately 1800 square feet of which 1150 square feet is pre-engineered greenhouse construction. The remaining portion of the addition is a conventionally built structure. This project includes a slab on grade floor, masonry cavity walls, greenhouse framing system, steel roof framing, selective demolition, interior remodeling and finish work of existing building.
