This procurement is for the construction of an 840 square foot bathhouse at the family campground site at Arnold Air Force Base (Arnold Engineering Development Center), Tennessee. The bathhouse is to be constructed of concrete masonry with slab on grade. Work includes a new water service line, sewage lift station, septic tanks and field lines. Estimated order of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period shall be ninety calendar days following receipt of a Notice to Proceed. Any responsible firm may submit a bid which will be considered. Any firm responding to this notice should do so in writing and should indicate whether or not it is a small business and whether or not it is a small disadvantaged business.
