The work to be performd includes the following principal features: Remove piping, valves, fittings as indicated on drawings and replace with new piping, valves, fittings, pipe insulation, chiller cooling tower and other equipment as indicated. Remove one boiler. Install partition between chiller and boiler and modify ventilation system as shown. Modify building electrical system to accommodate new equipment being installed. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 12 May 95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package which will include half size drawings. Full size drawings will be available for an additional $25.00. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or a postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division,, PO BOX 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
