the customer entrance, driveway, parking, walks and plaza. The work
includes removal of existing pavements and bases, installation of new
drainage, base materials, bituminous pavement and concrete walks.
Restoration resetting and partial replacement of granite curbs and
brick and granite pavers is included. Incidentatl or ancillary work
also includes signage, topsoil and seeding, repair of granite planters
and cleaning of brick and granite pavers. The estimated price range is
between $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 with completion required within 60
calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages
