The Government intends to procure various configurations of TOW missiles, sole source, from Hughes Aircraft Company, Tucson, AZ for FY 96 with a follow-on option provision for FY 97. Estimated quantities for both years combined for all configurations of TOW Missiles, are not expected to exceed 23,200 each, inclusive of options. This acquisition is to be by other than full and open competition as Hughes is currently the only known source. Interested sources should contact Hughes Aircraft Company for subcontracting possibilities. No copies of the solicitation exist.
