263-0602. Procurement of new Commercial Off-the-Shelf,
Non-Developmental Item, FAA Certified aircraft to meet the Army
fixed-wing, medium range requirement and Life Cycle Contractor Support
(LCCS) for these aircraft. The system is designated as C-XX(MR). The
initial procurement is for two (2) systems. Current planning requires
a total of 35 systems. The minimum C-XX(MR) requirements are as
follows: Range, 1200-1400 NM; Passenger Capacity, 6; Cruise Speed, Mach
.66; Cruising Altitude, Greater than FL 400; Take-Off, From 6000 foot
runway, 4000 MSL/95 degree F, with 1000 pound payload, and fly 842 NM;
Landing, To 6000 foot runway, 4000 MSL / 95 degree F, at maximum
allowable landing weight; Avionics Subsystem, Compatible with the C-12R
