The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) has a requirement for the following Data Acquisition System (DAS) Component Parts for an Aydin Computer Data Acquisition System upgrade: Time Code Translator, P/N TCT003, Transition Module, P/N TFSTCT-1, 32 MB Memory Upgrade, P/N MVME260KC, Software upgrade of ATS Screens, Software Upgrade of History Recording Button. All P/N referenced above are Aydin numbers. The AFFTC intends to negotiate a contract with Aydin Computer and Monitor Division, 700 Dresher Road, Horsham, PA 19044, in accordance with FIRMR 201.3936, unless responses to this synopsis reveal other sources capable of satisfying this requirement. Interested contractors must submit clear and convincing documentation that fully demonstrates their capability to provide the component parts for the Aydin Data Acquisition System. Requests for solicitation which fail to provide the required capability demonstration will not be acknowkedged. Solicitation will be issued on or about 19 MAY 95, with a 30 day proposal period.
