This is a notice of intent to issue a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to modernize and replace the current Automatic Digital Network (AUTODIN) Based Message System located in Hawaii, Alaska, Suth Korea, and Guam with an interoperable, secure, and reliable electronic means of processing and transmitting narrative message communications among opertioanl and support organizations worldwide.
