Vendor shall furnish twenty (20) hard plastic mobile carts on wheels to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141. Service will include two (2) regular schedule pick-ups per week, during normal working hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Vendor will supply and apply all parts needed to repair carts as needed. Vendor to furnish three (3) corrugated paper containers with dimension of 8 cubic yards each at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141. Service will include two (2) regular scheduled pick-ups per month and/or as requested during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Vendor to provide free pick-up of prepared bales of corrgated paper at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106 during the hours of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
