C -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR REPAIR AND ALTERATION PROJECTS IN THE SYRACUSE NY SERVICE AREA SOL 082530-95-A-0063 DUE 061495 POC Jeanne C. Warren, Secretary A/E Evaluation Board, 203-285-7184. Architect/Engineering services for the preparation of drawings, specifications and cost estimates required for competitive procurement of Construction in the Syracuse, NY area of responsibility. The USPS may, at its option, include Title II (Construction Administration Services). The contract will be subject to negotiation of individual work orders. In each instance, total fees for services will not exceed $100,000.00 for each task, nor will the total fees for the 12 month term exceed $500,000.00. Each contract will have a base term of two years with three 1-year renewal options, with the total contract amounts not to exceed $2,500,000.00. There is no guaranteed minimum. The USPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Firms which possess the qualifications to perform the services described above are invited to submit a completed SF 255, ''Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project,'' and a completed SF 254, ''Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire,'' to the office shown above no later than June 14, 1995. The selection will be conducted with the combined use of SF 254 and SF 255. Interested firms with more than one office should indicate on their SF 255 the staffing composition of the office in which the work will be performed. Firms (with the use of their consultants) must have on their staffing the following registered disciplines, all who must be licensed in the state of New York: Architect, Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical Engineer. Consideration will be given to interested firms who respond to this advertisement in accordance with the foregoing instruction in the following order of preference: 1. Local. 2. The State of New York. 3. All others. Architectural and Engineering firms will be considered as local only if their sole office is in the local geographical area or they have a local branch office and all of the architectural design, coordination and management of the project will be accomplished in that office. Participation of Minority Business Enterprise is a consideration in the U.S. Postal Service architect/engineer selections. It is prohibited to pay any fee, commission, percentage or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon, or resulting from, award of a contract.
