Contractor shall be responsible for design, installation, testing and implementation of a Work Flow Automation System at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The system must integrate existing PC software packages into the workflow automation process. Allowing currently installed spreadsheets, wordprocessors, graphics packages, cad, databases (files and reports) and etc. tgo routinely preform workflow tasks. Software documentation shall be provided for all individual applications software used. The hardware shall consist of Data General AVIION equipment running DGUX and (at least) 386 w/4MB memory IBM compatible personal computers running (at least) MSDOS 5.0 and Windows 3.1, networked tgo the AVIION servers via TCP/IP. Training of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) personnel on the use of the software is also required. The contractor must provide software support, on-call, to answer technical questions concerning the workflow automation system for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of said services, with 4 option years forf software support, Place of Performance: Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR.
