To be qualified, contractors shall possess a business license to perform this type of work, with original course certificates for Industrial Hygienist Technicians and the Certified Industrial Hygienist. Additionally, all contractor personnel (managers, supervisors and workers employed by the air monitoring firm) shall possess current and valid certificates of accreditation in air monitoring courses required to comply with all federal, state (Florida) and local regulations governing air monitoring work such as EPA/AHERA-approved accreditation course, Proficiency Analytical Testing Program, Sampling and Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust - NIOSH 582, NESHAPS regulations certification, Abatement Project Supervision Course and basic refresher course accreditations. Requests for bid, F08651-95-B0103, is being prepared for distribution on or about 13 June 1995. The basic performance period will be 1 Sep 95 through 30 Aug 96, plus four one-year option periods.
