Scott, (718)630-3566 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform and complete project entitled ''Roof Replacement - Bldg. #4'' at the DVA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY. Scope of work includes but is not limited to replacing existing roofing located over Boiler Plant in Bldg. #4. Scope of work includes but is not limited to removing all existing roofing material to the concrete deck, clean and prepare concrete deck for new 4-ply built-up roofing and insulation; seal all roof penetrations and curbs. All penetrations should be sealed in accordance with roofing manufacturers recommendations; pitch new roof toward existing drains to result in no accumulation of water; all insulation shall be tampered insulation and shall be installed per mfrs. recommendations; replace and clean all roof drains to ensure free flow of water. Contractor shall provide a 10-year warranty. New roof approximately 8500 sq. ft. Standard Industrial Code is 1761 Roofing and Sheet Metal Work. Solicitation to issue on 5/24/95.
