The work to be performed consists of fabricating and installing Modifications to the Steam and Hot Water Distribution Systems, including, but not limited to construction of manholes, drains, valves, traps and appurtenances. Connections to 350 psig steam and condensate system including piping, valves and appurtenances. Earthwork, demolition and repair of road sections, underground steam and condensate connections to several facilities, modifications to HVAC systems, boiler and pump demolition, and electrical power circutry for HVAC systems. The contract duration is 180 days. Estimated cost range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency.
