1.5 Amps 175 Watts, 220 VAC, 60 Hz, .75 Amps 175 Watts. The equipment
should be tested with a class A computing device and comply with Part
15 of the FCC Rules. The electronic planimeter should have the
following features: (1) Area and length measurement; (2) Scaling; (3)
Automatic area closure; (4) Point to point measurement; (5) Trace
measurement; (6) Automatic compensation for tilt distortion; (7)
automation computation of magnification; (8) Farm, crop and field
identifiers; (9) data storage and (10) editor function. The Editor mode
must perform the following operations: (a) Summing areas; (b) Entering
identifiers; (c) Examining/searching memory; (d) Clear memory; (e)
Changing a stored data value; (f) store new measured values; (g) Data
storage (300 measurements and identifiers sequentially stored in
memory). The electronic planimeter must be programmed to compensate for
the distortion associated with aerial photographs. This process must
include identifying four points (landmarks) on rectified or
orthophotograph and relating them to their corresponding points on the
projected image, and display corrected area measurements directly from
the projected image. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed supply
contract. Respondents are requested to submit a statement of general
