following from MESC Electronic Systems, Inc. of Torrence CA through a
non-competitive negotiation. NSN: 5998-01-307-3213. Description:
CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY P/O AN/USC-28, P/N 814113-801. Quantity is 10
each, with an up to 100 percent option for increased quantity. Delivery
to New Cumberland Army Depot, PA; Distribution Depot San Joaquin, CA;
and Red River ARmy Depot, TX. The Government does not has in its
possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchse this part
form other thatn the current source of supply. This notice is not a
request for competitve proposals; hwoever, all responsible sources may
submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. **** THE
U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an
Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of
Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from
Government to Industry. EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS
ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUSITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE
THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY
THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE EBB
WILL Be FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, As OF 1 JAN 1995
HARD COPIES WILL NO LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. All interested parties
wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send,
and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the
EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to
a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software
to interface with the EBB system. Detailed information regarding system
requirements is contained in the U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual.
Identification code and password will be issued upon request. All
requests must include 1) Company name, 2) point(s) of contact name(s)
and title(s), 3) return address(es), and 4) telephone number(s). Please
