Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies, and materials to determine the type, nature, characteristics, and present extent and condition of various materials located in the Huntington District. All responsive proposals shall be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Equipment and Personnel, (B) Experience, and (C) Quality Control and Safety. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated. Contract will be awarded for one year. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. (0125)
