The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure Data Communication Services which may involve the installation and lease of one circuit between New York and Panama. Specifications for the circuit are as follows: dedicated point to point service, digital grade, private lines, four wire, full duplex and 56 kbps. The vendor may be required to provide Data Service Units (DSUs) which may be used to terminate service. Services will be provided for three (3) years starting in fiscal year 1996. Copies of the solicitation will be provided upon written request. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by GSA.
