The asset to be sold consists of two vacant sites containing a total of 17.5+/- acres approved for multifamily development. One parcel lies on the ocean front and the other parcel is located on the Intercoastal Waterway. The Contractor will be required to perform site inspections and due diligence investigation, prepare due diligence packages, coordinate marketing, develop a media plan, prepare press releases, conduct outreach programs, provide an investor list, distribute property brochures and property information packages. Contractor will be required to assemble and staff a due diligence library for potential bidders. Contractor shall conduct a bidder and broker seminar. The Contractor will also be responsible for post sales contract closing and reporting. RTC will consider the experience of firms in the ability to furnish Real Estate Sealed Bid Services within the South Florida geographic area with specific background in residential land development. The following minimum qualification requirements must be demonstrated in writing by prospective offerors in responding to this CBD notice. The prospective contractor must be a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker experienced in sealed bid sales of large tracts of residential land. The prospective contractor must evidence its demonstrated past experience in performing similar tasks and its ability to provide qualified personnel to perform the required tasks above. Prospective offerors who state that they have the capacity and demonstrated expertise to perform the required services without providing documentation which sufficiently demonstrates such capacity and expertise to determine their qualifications will not receive a copy of the solicitation. Responses to this announcement must be prepared on official company letterhead, signed by an officer of the company, include the firm's tax identification number and a statement as to whether the firm is a small, minority or woman-owned business. It is the intent of the RTC to distribute a solicitation only to qualified respondents who are considered to meet the minimum qualification requirements included in this announcement. Firms not responding by the designated deadline or as directed by this announcement shall not be included on the solicitation list.
