Program consists of Photographic, Graphic Arts, Category 1 Audio/Video Production, Presentation/Support Services, Video Teleconferencing, Distance Learning, Cable Access Television (CATV), Electronic Imaging, Management Control, and maintenance of all associated equipment. The period of performance is 01 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96, with options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 54 months. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement ia 100 percent set-aside for small businesses, the standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts not in excess of $5 million for its preceding three fiscal years.
