Miller, Contracting Officer The Public Health Service has a requirement to conduct and manage a training program designed to provide grants and contracts orientation training to applicants for, and recipients of, PHS awards. These courses will take place in various cities across the country. This contract will not be funded by the Government, all reimbursement for costs incurred by the Contractor will be derived from course tuition fees.
