The resultant contract shall be for a combination firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract to support Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Tenant Activities. The work will include all personnel, supervision, schedules, equipment and material for removal of ABC, CO2, pressurized water and Halon fire extiguishers, redistribution (removal and installation) of ABC, CO2, and pressurized water extiguishers with and without related support material and annual inspections of all fire extiguishers with reports. The contract will consist of one Base Year with initial removal and relocation of extiguishers plus indefinite quantity work and one Option Year to be unilaterally awarded by the Government. A SECRET facility security clearance is required. Award date may be based upon receipt of clearance. The cumulative total of the awarded contract shall not exceed $200,000 for the Base Year and the Option Year. Individual Delivery Orders to be excuted under this contract shall not exceed $25,000.
