Repair Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) Piping System - Hangar 14, at South Dakota Air National Guard, Joe Foss Field, Sioux Falls, SD. Provide all labor, equipment and material for repair of piping joints and valves, a complete system test including UV/IR detection system and fire pump, replacement of existing AFFF monitors and control panels, upgrade of existing fire alarm system and provide a pollution protection system as specified. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on this project, by providing evidence of capability to perform. Such evidence must include references for similar work, to include contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers, and; if applicable, a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, the dollar amount of current construction bonding capability must be furnished. The Contracting Officer will use this information to determine if this solicition will be set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) firms or issued on an ``UNRESTRICTED'' basis. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as Large Business, Small Business, Small Diadvantaged Business (SDB), or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711.
