Items include removal of partition walls and doors, installing additional steel support along interior concrete beams, removal and relocation of existing power and lighting circuits and lights, installation of additional power distribution panel, relocation of HVAC vav boxes and modification of piping serving vav boxes, installation of new vav boxes, balancing, installation of new sinks and plubming systems, installation of automatic fire portection sprinkler systems, structural modifications and construction to accommodate a new dumbwaiter serving first and second floors, and final installation of ceiling tile, painting, and carpeting for an expanded Outpatient Clinic and renovation of offices of services supporting the Outpatient Clinic. Cost Range of this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Completion time is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
