The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California intends to competitively award a firm fixed priced contract for the purchase of one each Real Time FFT Signal Analyzer, Hewlett Packard model No. HP35670A; Scientific Atlanta model No. SD390; Stanford Research Systems, model No. SR760 Or equivalent and one each Position Encoder Interface, Hewlett Packard 85370A (with option 002 Flam & Russell positioner controller interface) Or equivalent. A partial list of the minimum critical specifications for the Real Time FFT Signal Analyzer follows: Frequency Range, 0.01 Hz to 100 KHz, amplitude range +25 to -110 dBV min.; Display Functions, unit shall display magnitude, phase and time waveforms as single or dual trace displays where any two functions can be simultaneously displayed; Programming, the analyzer shall provide an IEEE-488 interface for instrument control and data acquisition and shall allow remote programming of all front panel functions required for measurement; Temperature, unit shall operate and maintain all specifications within the temperature range +20 to +30 degrees C; Physical, the unit shall not exceed 9''x14''x24'' and shall have a carry handle; Weight of entire assembly shall not exceed 50 lbs.
