A request for proposal, F08630-95-R-0003 on the Antijam GPS Technology Flight Test Program is contemplated for release within 30 days. A Sources Sought Synopsis, number MNK-94-0028, was published in the CBD in September 1994. Participation by foreign sources is prohibited. The estimated performance period of this effort is 33 months. The program will be structured into the basic effort and three separately priced options. Multiple awards are anticipated, with a down select at the completion of the basic effort. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman.
