The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) requires e-mail software and technical support for its administrative and educational information systems, DoDDS-wide, in 18 countries and in Virginia. The contractor shall be required to provide licenses for the following: upgrades to the current software version of Lotus cc:Mail for existing student and adult mailboxes or users; upgrades to the current software version of Lotus remote cc:Mail for existing student and adult mailboxes or users; new cc:Mail remote adult mailboxes or users; cc:Mail documentation and sets of cc:Mail software on 3.5 inch floppies for Macintosh and IBM-compatible Windows microcomputers working on a world wide WAN consisting of Novell Netware 3.12 servers. In addition, the contractor shall be required to provide technical support for cc:Mail, cc:Mail Mobile and Small Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Links for cc:Mail in the form of a telephone hotline support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
