In conjuntion with PDM other repairs will be required: (1) Cartridge Activated Devices/Propellant Activated Devices (CAD/PAD), (The CAD/PAD changeout requires B-1B Egress training and certification), (2) Various Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs). This requirement is a one year extension of the current PDM contract with Rockwell International for FY96. Duration of the requirement is from 01 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 95. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
