Dolansky, Contracting Officer, 415/329-4173, FAX 415/329-5480 The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to procure scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency services for HVAC and other mechanical and electrical systems for its Water Resources Division facilities andstorage areas at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services. Work will include preventivemaintenance, and inspection of HVAC, alarm systems, water supply/storage, plumbing facilities, and wastewater system. The procurement will be for one year, with three (3) one-year options. Contract type: Firm, Fixed Price. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
